Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage construction projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and budgets.
2. Lead and motivate construction teams, including project managers and site supervisors.
3. Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
4. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
6. Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
7. Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability within the operations team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
2. 20 years of experience in construction management.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in project management software.
5. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: $120,000-$150,000
